At Organics By Nani, we know how excited you are to start your hair care journey, so we make sure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Time
All orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. During sales, promotions, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we always try our best to get your products out as fast as we can.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order, so there are no surprises.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through our trusted courier partners.

Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) so you can pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Delayed or Lost Orders
While we always aim for timely delivery, delays can sometimes happen due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us and we will personally follow up with the courier on your behalf.
